Fresh Corn from the Farm Stand

01

To really enhance the flavors use fresh herbs and Redmond's Sea Salt

Bring Water to a Boil

02

I like to use my pasta pot as it makes it so easy to put the corn in and take it out.

Add Sugar

03

That's right! I add sugar not salt to the water to bring out the sweetness in the corn.

Add the Corn to the Water

You want to carefully add the corn to the boiling wter.

Timing is Everything
