02 Use Beef, Pork and Veal

03 Use sweet onions and shallots to soften the flavor

04 Use Fresh Bread Crumbs

05 Top with Musthroom-Onion Sauce

06 Bake to 160 internal degrees

Using equal amounts of these ground meats is the perfect combination to perfect flavor and consistency.

Use Shallots and Onions

Use Fresh Bread Crumbs

Make bread crumbs with fresh slices of bread

Mix all of the ingredients together

Use a light hand when mixing the meat. Over mixing can cause the loaf to be tough

Shape into loaves

Shape into loaves and cover with the mushroom sauce. Then bake.
