Salted Caramel Apple Martini
I want to share with you a yummy drink and an easy menu for outdoor entertaining.
We had our neighbors over for dinner and I served cocktails and hors d’oeuvres in the greenhouse.
Since I had decorated my greenhouse for fall, I decided it was the perfect place to host a little cocktail party. I wanted to keep it simple with an easy menu.
Signature Cocktail
I love to have a signature cocktail when I entertain. Most guest will only have one and then choose their drink of preference.
This fun fall drink is hard to only have one.

Menu
I made my traditional charcuterie board with cheese, crackers, meats, nuts, and some fresh fruits. Our neighbors brought a beautiful plate with Burrata (mozzarella and cream ball) with an olive tapenade and crusty French bread. It was so yummy!
We do a lot of outdoor entertaining because we live on water and we just gravitate to the outdoors when the weather is nice. We’ve had some beautiful fall evenings this year so we continue to enjoy them!
After we grabbed our plates and cocktails the younger kids stayed in the greenhouse and the “adults” headed to the outdoor living room to enjoy a toasty fire. Our souls were warmed on the outside by the fire and on the inside by the fun fall cocktail. It was a beautiful night for an easy night of outdoor entertaining.
